As a result of atmospheric influences these routes may become accessible only on foot in very difficult conditions.. The dispositions that have been taken in consideration in order to indicate the level of a route are neither laws, nor orders. They are norms that have been applied by the provincial government in line with the private sector administration of the Land. According to this norm routes are usually divided into blue, black and red difficulty levels.
