You can attend to a serenade concert in the inner courtyard of the Franciscan Convent or take part in a jazz concert in Hochpillberg till late at night. Or would you prefer a traditional square concert? No problem. During the summer all towns organise concerts of this type every week. Have you ever wondered where the organ melodies come from while walking by night through the old Schwaz centre? You’ve probably heard a professional organist practising for a concert of the “evening music“ performances in the parish church.

Beside Austrian composers and their works, every year the attention of the festival is focused on different nations and regions. In addition to the concerts there are lectures, discussions, exhibitions, as well as composers’ talks and readings.
