Only snow shoeing takes you through sparkling snow fields and lets you discover unreachable natural treasures in the heart of Tyrol. The motto is: just try it out since no peculiar knowledge is required. The ones who like hiking are almost snowshoe experts. The certified guides will show you the most beautiful panoramas and very romantic places. They will take you to the “Path of the Senses” in the Hochpillberg area or to a short trial excursion in Buch or to ambitious tours in the Tyrolese mountans (for trained sportsmen).
The tourist information office provides snowshoes and poles. With the SILVERcard, the free guest card, you can take part in gratuitous guided tours through the snow-covered winter landscape.
The Path of the Senses in the Hochpillberg area is the ideal place for hobby sportsmen because they can discover the magic of a winter day without to much strain. More challenging tours are also available in little groups with guide. Snowshoes and poles are provided. For registrations please contact the tourist information office.
